Chris Groubert

Founder

Chris started the firm in 1993 and has built a reputation for providing honest, reliable tax services to families and small businesses in his community. With over 30 years of experience, he’s known for his practical approach, strong client relationships, and deep knowledge of the tax landscape.

He graduated from the University of Akron in 1988 with a degree in Accounting and has been serving Northeast Ohio ever since.

When he’s not in the office, Chris enjoys spending time with family, golfing, bird watching, and relaxing with a craft beer.

Tiko Groubert

Tax Professional

Tiko has been part of our family business for several years, working part-time during tax season to support our individual and small business clients. She graduated from The University of Akron in 2013 with a degree in Accounting and brings a sharp eye for detail and a calm, client-focused approach to every return she handles.

In addition to her work with us, Tiko has spent the last nine years as a Business Consultant at Pinnacle Care Providers, LLC. Her background in both healthcare and accounting gives her a unique ability to stay organized, efficient, and adaptable.

Outside of work, Tiko stays busy keeping up with her three kids — which might be her most impressive job of all!

Justin Groubert

Tax Professional

Justin is a Certified Public Accountant with over 10 years of experience in both public and private tax practice. After earning his Accounting degree from Walsh University in 2015, he spent several years at PwC specializing in federal and state tax compliance, planning, and process improvement.

In 2024, Justin joined the firm to continue the values his dad built the business on — trust, integrity, and personalized service. He’s passionate about helping clients feel confident in their finances and making tax season stress-free.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys traveling, hiking, and training for his next run.
